* WHO WE ARE:
We are a raiding guild that just loves to play this game. Some
of us do PVP on our spare time, some level alts, pretty much anything
goes to enjoy the game to its fullest.
* NO DRAMA POLICY:
Rather self explanatory, we do not promote nor tolerate drama educing
activities in the guild. We try very hard to keep the guild full of
good people and do our best to uphold a fun and quality guild
experience.
This includes Trade and other chat channels, if you behave in a manner that will tarnish the reputation of the guild you will not be part of Precision very long.
Any comments or concerns once guilded should be addressed
to an officer or the GM. We really want to hear what you think! * GUILD TRIAL PERIOD:
We prefer to have an approximate 2 week trial period where we can get
to know each other and really find out if Precision is the right guild
for you! We want people to enjoy the game to its fullest and that very
much includes being in a guild you mesh with. Typically this will be
either a trial invite to the guild or just a couple of weeks doing
activities in game with you (instances, raids, etc.). If it doesn't
work out and either of us decides it's not the right place then no hard
feelings either way, we promise!
* RAIDING PHILOSOPHY AND EXPECTATIONS:
While we may be casual in the amount of time we spend raiding we
have every intention of being "Hard core" in the way in which we raid.
This simply means several points you MUST do if you plan to get a raid spot:
1. Show up on time
2. Come prepared with consumables
3. Research boss strats prior to raid
4. Do not have extensive AFKs or unannounced AFKs in raids 5. Listen to officers and do not interrupt or blurt out strats on vent unless you are an officer (we want suggestions but in-game whispers please!) 5. Pull with confidence, always be ready to heal, and DPS every mob with 100% focus!
* RAID LOOT DISTRIBUTION: Precision uses EPGP to distriubute loot, please view the link below for more information.
* RAID ATTENDANCE AND GENERAL TIMES:
We will have our raid dates and sign ups created on the in game calendar. If you want a spot in a raid PLEASE accept the invite before the day of the raid, but only accept if you are certain you can attend. (Those who accept invites with the in-game calendar get priority over those who did not).
If you are unable to attend a raid you signed up for and cannot get online to change your status on the invite please make a post in the raid availability section of our forums.
You
will be expected to visit this website to see what is up with the guild and
hopefully talk to us on the forums! =) Currently
we are raiding Tuesday and Thursday nights from about 7:30 p.m. to
around 11:00/11:15 p.m. server time.
MISC LOOT RULES: Precision uses EPGP for loot distruibution as said above.
We do have a few loot policies when to clarify "gray" areas.
1. Use good
judgment when requesting an item. Some drops are just not nearly as
good for your class/spec as they might be for another, just be
courteous!
2. GM/Officers reserve final decision on looting. If you are taking loot that is not good for you or just not being courteous on looting you will not be awarded the items.
3. Patterns/enchants will be awarded first to officers and then the guild bank funds to increase the chance that Precision will have that pattern for the long term. This is to help prevent loss of crafting abilities due to people moving guilds, etc.
4. Weapons will be awarded to DPS classes whom use it as the main source of DPS first. (e.g. Hunters will get bows/guns first, Melee 2H DPS get dps axes/swords first.)
5. Members will only be awarded items for their type of armor UNLESS nobody of that armor type needs that item. Items of a lower armor type are considered "offpsec" and do not fall under EPGP (e.g. Pallys stick to plate, Druids stick to Leather, etc.)
6. Please research the drops before entering the raid so you can fully
determine if the item is an upgrade before rolling. Especially Tier
level loot where you can't see the stats right away.
* INACTIVITY: If
you are a recent recruit and inactive for over a month without notice
we MAY remove you from the guild. If you wish to come back you are
welcome to make an inquiry with an officer to see if space is available
in the guild. This is in order to keep our
roster fresh and accurate!
